We grew up among our family's vineyards, amidst the barrels and amphorae of the COS winery. Since childhood, the scent of must during harvest and the warmth of the Sicilian sun in Vittoria, a municipality in the province of Ragusa, have remained indelible memories. Our father, Giusto Occhipinti, one of the pioneers of natural wine in Sicily, instilled in us a respect for the land, the patience required for winemaking, a love for our territory, and the value of hard work. Yet, as we grew, we felt a different calling. While COS is a point of reference, we wanted to write our own story, driven by the desire to explore a new language of wine.
